The leaders of the district human resources Bureau and shenzhen Training school participated in the planning work of the skills competition, and opened the opening ceremony of the competition together with the leaders of the company,and awarded certificates and bonuses to the winners.

The skills competition set up eight thematic competitions according to the position.After screening, more than 200 candidates participated in the main competition,and competed for the first, second and third place in each project during the two-day competition.The only winner of each event becomes our skill hero.
