
In order to promote all employees to learn quality knowledge and improve quality awareness, Huazhi Machine Co.,Ltd. held the summer Quality Knowledge competition On July 26th,2017, the QC manager made a speech and announced the opening of the competition
The quality knowledge competition in order to "promote the company culture of quality, return to basic management" as the theme, each department to subject to participate in the proposition, contest questions from the company's system files, training materials, safety knowledge,technological requirements,from several aspects,such as inspection standard questions involving multiple choice,fills up the topic,true or false,knowledge contest questions involving wide coverage,rich topic.
The team members come from 10 departments, including Manufacturing/SMT/QC/Engineering/NPI/ PMC/Purchasing/Marketing/IT/LEAN Department,etc.There are 75 employees to participate in the competition. Each team 5 members, total 15 teams.The competition is divided into four rounds of preliminary, semi-final,knockout and final. PK to answer and answer two links, using the scoring system.
The competition ended successfully on the evening of August 3, with one champion, two runners-up and three bronze winners.
Through this competition, the quality knowledge has been effectively popularized, and all employees will apply the quality knowledge learned in the preparation process to their future work. They are the propagandist and practitioner of quality culture, providing a strong guarantee for the improvement of Huazhi product quality. After the competition,awarded bonus and certificates to the champion,bronze and the runners-up,and took photos with all the players. The competition achieved a successful conclusion.
